Answers · After launch

What happens after the website launches?

Every HEM website launches with a training video and 30 days of post-launch support included. After that, the site is yours to run, and ongoing care is optional: maintenance $250 per month, Website Care & Protection $350 per month, or Website + Automation Care $650 per month. The three plans are alternatives — you pick one or none.

The first 30 days, and after

Launch day

The domain is connected, the site goes live, and you receive a training video showing how to work with your site.

Days 1–30

Post-launch support covers the settling-in period: questions, small adjustments and anything that surfaces once real visitors use the site.

After day 30

You can run the site yourself — the training video covers what you need — or choose a care plan so updates, monitoring and small fixes are handled for you.

If you have automations

Website + Automation Care ($650 per month) adds automation failure checks, with up to 2 total hours of fixes or adjustments a month.

Included at launch, always

  • Domain connection support
  • Training video
  • 30 days post-launch support
  • Mobile-responsive build and SEO basics already in place

Boundaries

  • Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are billed separately.
  • Care plans have defined monthly allowances; no unlimited support.
  • New pages and new features after launch are scoped separately.
  • Content creation and social media management are separate services.
