At HEM Studio, ongoing care is a monthly plan you choose after launch: maintenance $250 per month, Website Care & Protection $350 per month, or Website + Automation Care $650 per month. They are alternatives, not add-ons — you pick the one that matches what your site needs, or none at all.
Maintenance ($250 per month) covers the basics of keeping a site current and running. It suits a simple brochure site whose owner just wants upkeep handled.
Website Care & Protection ($350 per month) adds routine updates, uptime monitoring, backup checks and up to 1 hour of small fixes a month. It suits a site that matters to daily business.
Website + Automation Care ($650 per month) adds automation failure checks and up to 2 total hours of fixes or adjustments a month. Choose it if inquiries, bookings or follow-ups run through automated workflows.
Care is optional. Every site launches with a training video and 30 days of support, and one-off fixes after that are quoted individually.
